The cost of either the IFR or ATPL course is $440. If you wish to purchase the workbook at the time of registration (you must have the workbook for the course) the discounted cost for the IFR workbook is $56.66 (suggested retail is $65.95) plus GST and shipping and the discounted cost for the ATPL workbook is $56.66 (suggested retail $65.95) plus GST and shipping. Please check to confirm you have the current edition of the AeroCourse workbook.

To register for any of our courses, call our toll-free line (in Canada and U.S. 1-800-461-8857) at which time a $100 deposit will secure your spot and you can purchase the correct workbook with the course for a discounted cost, we will then express post the workbook to you for a nominal fee.

If, for some unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend the course, your deposit is transferable to another date provided notifcation is received 48 hours in advance of course commencement. Deposits are non-refundable and held on file for one year from original registration. Method of payment includes VISA, Mastercard, or cheque.

Course cancellation

All courses are subject to cancellation. AeroCourse cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by persons attending a course. In the event a course is cancelled, all course fees will be refunded or transferred to other course dates.

Retaking a course

The retake policy set by AeroCourse is that if a student writes the exam within three months of taking a course and fails the exam, then they may retake the course for no charge. If they write the exam after the three month period and fail or do not write the exam then to retake the course is 1/2 price, plus the workbook if necessary. If a student wishes to retake the course within the three month time frame, space permitting, there is a nominal charge to do so. To qualify for the retake policy for a failed exam a student must retake our course within 1 year. This policy is limited to 5 years after taking the original course.

Important registration information

We have been experiencing a large volume of last minute registrations for our courses. Please register as early as possible, at least ten days prior to the course, to ensure you are not disappointed that a course is not available. If early registration is not possible, please still call and indicate your interest so we can track the numbers and make call backs if a course is reaching capacity or has the potential to be cancelled.
