Peter Shewring
The Canadian pioneer of week-end ground school
classes has been instructing IFR and ATPL/IATRA courses for
over 30 years. Peter's extensive experience includes Chief Pilot,
Training Captain and Line Captain of a large corporate flight
department. He has thousands of hours of flight experience on
jet and turbo prop aircraft and is a Transport Canada designated
Flight Test Examiner. Peter has extensive aviation knowledge,
keeping current at every opportunity. He believes in developing
the pilot's knowledge and overall understanding.

Rick Stevens
Rick
has been a professional pilot for almost 20 years. His experience
includes instruction at all levels with over 15 years experience
conducting ATPL/IATRA and IFR courses. He currently flies the
A320 for Canada's largest airline. He has also held several
positions at Canada's largest Regional airline which include
Ground school Instructor, Line Captain and Chief Pilot. He has
thousands of hours of flight experience on heavy jet and large
turbo-prop aircraft.

Drew Chant
Currently flying for Canada's largest airline
holding the position of Captain on the A320, Drew's experience
is wide-ranging. Drew has been flying for 20 years and have
accumulated approximately 15,000 hours of experience. He has
held positions as Training Captain and Technical Instructor on
various aircraft types. With his extensive ground school background,
combined with a multitude of aircraft types and his friendly
personality, Drew makes an excellent instructor.

Les Carr
Les
is currently flying for Canada's largest airline as an instructor
on the A320. His experience includes both Canadian and International
flying. He has excellent IFR and ATPL/IATRA knowledge and is
a major contributor to the Canadian IFR workbook. Les is meticulous
with details ensuring his students are well-versed in the required
information.

Graham Forris
Flying in mountainous B.C. is always a challenge.
Based in B.C., Graham flies the CRJ left seat for Canada's major
regional airline. He has been flying for over 18 years and has
experience not only in B.C. but Ontario, Quebec, the U.S. and
northern Canada. Graham's love for aviation extends well beyond
flying and instruction to organizing air shows and other aviation-related
events. His knowledge and love for the industry make his classes
a joy to attend.

Mark Auerman
Mark is currently flying for Canada's largest
airline holding the position of A320 Check Pilot. He has extensive
experience flying and is currently a pilot development instructor
and has held the position of training captain. He has a varied
background from regional carriers to corporate flying. He loves
to teach and frequently students comment on his enjoyable style
and presentation.

include extensive experience developing and teaching both in
the classroom and in the air.

Dave Helfenstein
David is based in Eastern Canada flying the
C130 Hercules flying both transport missions and Search and
Rescue missions. He has been employed with the Canadian Armed
Forces for over 11 years. He is currently the Chief of Training
on the Hercules for his Squadron.
